SERTI Dairy WMS and Automation Inc. ("SERTI", "we", "us") provides warehouse management software and automation services designed for dairy processing facilities. We are based in Quebec and comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and, where applicable, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
SERTI's website and services are aimed at organizations operating dairy processing facilities. We collect very limited personal information, generally in a business context.
We collect identification and contact details such as name, work email address, work phone number, job title, and company name. We also collect information you provide in inquiries or support requests about your dairy operations, as well as technical information including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, date and time, and error logs.
SERTI does not intentionally collect health information and does not collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers or detailed financial data. If you provide information about other individuals (colleagues), you are responsible for ensuring you have authority to do so.
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a contact form, request a demo, send an email, or interact with SERTI personnel. We also collect information through our software and automation solutions when you use them, including system logs and usage data. SERTI's website and services are intended for organizations and their personnel and are not directed to children under age 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if discovered, it will be deleted in accordance with law.
